Complete customer satisfaction is amongst the key values of Golf2Go. Therefore in the unlikely event of you needing to return any product to us, we have simplified the process as much as possible.
Condition (rules) of return
Should you need to return we ask that you haven’t worn, washed damaged or had any of the garment tags taken off. It must be in its original packing. If these criteria have not been met, then the goods cannot be returned.
Please note that prior approval must be given before returning goods.
Product Exchange
Should you wish to exchange an unsuitable item, please raise a new order by visiting the Golf2go.com website. This is the only method by which the exchange process works and helps you, the customer, by ensuring speediest delivery of the replacement goods.
It also works in your favour because the replacement goods will be despatched to you FREE OF CHARGE!
Refunds
Mens shirts sizes (Chest in inches) Ian Poulter XS-37.5”, S–40”, M-42.5”, L-45”, XL-47.5”, XXL-50” This is also illustrated in the Shirt size section below.
Return your order
The following steps should be taken:
- Pack the goods you wish to return.
- Include your original invoice.
- Take the goods to the Post Office.
- It is recommended you return the goods by Recorded or Special Delivery or a similar form of insured postage.
Returning faulty goods
In the unlikely event that the product we sell you is faulty:
Follow the returns procedure as stated separately. We will supply replacement goods or a full refund of purchase price plus the original delivery charge. We will also refund the cost of returning the faulty goods. Please include a copy of the receipt with the faulty item.
Note that a faulty product means that there is either a manufacturing or other defect which was present when you received the goods. It is not classed as faulty if is subsequently damaged as a result of accidental damage, misuse or wear and tear.
